KBS Retail Display Systems

KBS was founded in a small workshop of 40 m2 in Üsküdar in 1979, to produce clamps and several other formwork accessories used in the construction field.

Along with the producton of construction accessories and clamps the first store furnitures were produced for Adidas.

In 1994 KBS’s expertise started to form in another field which is still being carried on today, ‘Retail Display Systems”.

In 1999, KBS undersigned a very monumental project which actually was not directly related to its own operation field.

Decorative ceiling, check-in banks, bar canopies of Sabiha Gökçen Airport were produced and assembled by creating unique solutions and completing in even a shorter time than expected and they serve to thousands of passengers and airport personnel from then on, as the symbol of safety and aesthetics.

In the year 2004, KBS has already reached the level of an industrial company and the construction of a new plant has been started in GEPOSB (Organized Industrial Area for Plastic Goods Manufacturers) in Gebze.

The construction was completed in a very short time considering the volume of the project and KBS moved to its own new plant in GEPOSB in 2006.

Today, KBS serves its clients in its own plant of 25 thousands m² of covered and open area with its management team, engineers, technical staff and other employees, its contact office in Germany and its Office in Russia, producing furniture and accessories, display systems, far from the point it started.
